Valid Promotional Code — Subject to all of the following Terms and Conditions, the Offer is only open to any person with a valid promotional code.
Expiration — The Offer must be activated by the expiration date listed above. If it is not activated by that date, the Offer is expired and can no longer be used.
Offer Only Applies to New Protection — The Offer does not apply to any item that an existing Trōv Protection customer is already protecting under previously issued Trōv Protection. Therefore, an existing Trōv Protection customer cannot turn off existing Trōv Protection for an item and then seek to re-cover the same item under the Offer. The Offer is void if the protection is turned off and then on again.
Value and Time Limitations — The Offer may only be redeemed for protection of a limited value and for a limited time period of protection as set forth above.
Limited Value — The Offer is only for up to a maximum premium value shown above. If the cost of protecting an item is greater than the value of the offer, you will be required to pay the outstanding premium. If the cost of protecting an item is less than the value of the offer, you will not be required to pay any premium for the month, but you will not be paid or refunded the remaining value, or be able to carry it over to the subsequent month.
Roll-Over Month’s Premium — Protection under the offer will run for 30 days. Therefore, you will not be required to pay any premium in the first month of coverage (unless the month has 31 days and you protect on the first day of that month). Assuming you don’t redeem the offer on the first day of a month that has 30 days, in the subsequent month, the remaining promotional free days of coverage will roll-over. You will, however, be automatically billed on the first day of the subsequent month for the days in that month that will not be covered by the promotion. For example, if you have 5 days of free coverage remaining in a subsequent month that is 30 days, on the first day of that month you will be automatically billed for only 25 days of coverage. You are free to cancel the coverage at any time and will be refunded an amount for the remaining days of the month for which you actually paid premium.
Premium After Application of Offer Credit — Your protection under the offer will run for 30 days. The protection will automatically continue beyond this, and the full cost of protection will be charged from that point forward. You can turn off protection at any time. Trov or AXA cannot be held responsible in the event you take advantage of the offer, but fail to cancel protection at the end of the protection period and are charged the standard rate going forward for the continuing protection
Offer Cannot be Combined with Any Other Offer — This Offer cannot be used in combination or conjunction with any other offer.
One Trōv Account and One Use Per Item — This Offer can only be used in conjunction with one Trōv account at any given time and cannot be used across multiple accounts.
No Cash Value — The Offer credit is not redeemable for or convertible into any money or any other form of property. It can only be used as credit toward 30 days premium. No cash alternative of any kind will be offered or provided.
Cancellation — You can turn off protection at any time. If you turn off protection during the offer period, you will not be paid or refunded the remaining value of the offer and you will not be able to transfer any remaining value to a different item.
Changes in Terms of Offer — Trōv or AXA Insurance UK plc can amend or suspend this Offer at any time without prior notice (i) in the event that it cannot be guaranteed that the Offer can be administered fairly or correctly for technical, legal or any other reasons; (ii) Trov suspects that any person has acted unethically or in breach of these Terms & Conditions in any way; or (iii) where it otherwise becomes necessary to do so. Except where there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, quotes given before such suspension or variation of the Offer will be honoured in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Acceptance of These Terms & Conditions — All policyholders who redeem the Offer credit is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Offer.
